About Claudia Copquin

A well-known name in the bridal industry, for ten years I served as managing editor of Newsday’s Long Island Weddings, the premiere publication   for local brides.  During those ten years, I accumulated a wealth of knowledge and resources about the wedding market here on Long Island.  Many of my readers, brides just like you, sought me out with questions pertaining to their wedding plans.  When the magazine folded in December 2008, I wondered how I could continue helping Long Island brides.

So I founded this website and blog.  The blog is full of useful info on all things related to local wedding planning. Ask Claudia is dedicated to answering your questions –  just post a question on the form, and I answer it promptly.  Simple as that.
