Wedding Venues: Catering Hall Questions
Once you’ve narrowed down your Long Island venue options — and there are so many great ones here! – there are certain questions that must be asked of each one. Here’s a starting point:
How many weddings are held here at one time?
How many people can you accommodate?
What is your cancellation policy?
Who owns the facility?
How long has the catering hall been hosting wedding receptions?
Is there a trained chef on site during wedding receptions?
How many servers do you assign per table?
Are you able to extend the reception time after-hours?
Do you provide a line-by-line budget in writing?
